Photoshop TV

Venice photos by Stacy Munn

Look what I learned how to make from Photoshop TV today. Internet video is here...big time! It took about 15 mins to downloaded the first episode of Photoshop TV through iTunes onto my computer. The file is about 100 MB and the video is 26 mins long. Once the file was downloaded, it played seamlessly all the way through. This is a giant stride for eLearning. The moment in technological time that we were waiting for at Videotel has arrived.

Photoshop TV is a free podcast, but I also tried out the pilot episode of Lost which cost $1.99. I saw it on the cover of a magazine yesterday and it piqued my interest (marketing works on me). I started the download, went to take a shower and by the time I was clean, dry and dressed, the 42 min episode was on my computer and ready to play. Again, playback was smooth and seamless; no pixelation, great sound, great picture quality.
